The past few years have added stress to many lives, as a global viral threat got heaped on top of a growing climate crisis.
Then, with little or no headway seeming to be made on either of those fronts, came the first major conflict in Europe since 1945, skyrocketing gas and food prices, and the spectre of nuclear war.
No wonder so many of us are feeling rundown and terrified.
